Sri Lanka has recently been hit by severe floods and persistent heavy rains, which have caused damage and disruption in multiple regions. The team has collected and distributed school supply packages—comprising textbooks, backpacks, and stationery—directly to students in flood-stricken areas, offering practical support to help young learners keep up with their studies amid hardships.
The first phase of the school supply distribution initiative has been successfully concluded, benefiting many families in the affected regions. A second phase is planned for March, with the goal of providing ongoing learning support to flood-affected students and helping them return to school with confidence.
